About Water & Sanitation Services Company DI Khan

The Water & Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Dera Ismail Khan is a public-sector company set up by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 to manage water supply, sanitation and solid-waste services in the district. Operating under the office of the Chief Executive Officer, the company delivers essential municipal services and recruits professionals across operations, finance, projects and technical functions to strengthen its service delivery.

General Instructions

Applications are submitted on the prescribed form, available for download from the official Facebook page and website of WSSC.
The completed form must be accompanied by attested copies of all educational and employment testimonials and proof of payment of the processing fee.
Applications must reach the office through registered courier on or before 20 September 2026 by 05:00 PM; those delivered by hand, email, or received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Age relaxation is admissible as per prevailing rules.
Candidates already serving in government departments, autonomous bodies or public-sector organisations must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.
Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application form and separate processing fee for each post.
Only shortlisted candidates are called for interview/presentation, and no separate call letter is issued to non-shortlisted candidates.
An equivalence certificate from HEC is required for degrees/diplomas obtained from foreign institutions.

Eligibility Criteria for Water & Sanitation Services Company (DI Khan) Jobs 2026

1. Manager Operations (M5)

Qualification: Master’s or B.E in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering, or Master’s in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognised university (minimum 16 years of education).
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar or senior operational management position and 3 years in the WATSAN sector, with sound knowledge of government rules, regulations, policies and corporate governance.
Age: 35 – 45 years.

2. Manager Finance (M5)

Qualification: CA, ICMA, CPA, ACCA, CIA, MBA (Finance) or BBA Hons (Finance) from a recognised professional accounting body or institute, OR a Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognised university (minimum 16 years of education).
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an international, national, public or private organisation.
Age: 35 – 45 years.

3. Manager Projects, Planning & Works (M5)

Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognised university, registered with PEC (minimum 16 years of education).
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in projects of international, national, public and private organisations.
Age: 35 – 45 years.

4. Assistant Manager Procurement (M7)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or another relevant discipline from an HEC-recognised university (minimum 16 years of education).
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in procurement, contract management, supply chain management or logistics in a public or private organisation; experience of KPPRA/PPRA rules and public procurement preferred.
Age: 27 – 40 years.

5. Assistant Manager Solid Waste Management (M7)

Qualification: Master’s or B.E in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering, or MSc in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognised university (minimum 16 years of education).
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in any international, national, public or private organisation; experience in similar projects or solid waste management given preference.
Age: 27 – 40 years.

6. Assistant Manager Waste Water (M7)

Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering (4-year degree), MSc or Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognised university.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in planning, execution and O&M of water supply and sanitation projects in public/private organisations.
Age: 27 – 40 years.

7. IT Officer (M8)

Qualification: BCS, BIT or MCS from an HEC-recognised university (minimum 16 years of education); MCSE/CCNA certification is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an international, national, public or private organisation.
Age: 27 – 36 years.

Selection Process

Evaluation is based on a 100-mark formula: Education (50), Experience (20) and Interview/Presentation (30).
Within Education, minimum required qualification (16 years) carries 40 marks, one step higher (18 years) 05 marks, and two steps higher (18+ years) 05 marks.
Detailed qualification assessment is applied in accordance with the approved recruitment policy and criteria.
