Eligibility Criteria for WAPDA House (Lahore) Jobs 2026
1. Waiter / Bearer (BPS-4)
- Qualification: Matric.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel or government institution.
- Age: 18–30 years, subject to applicable age relaxation.
2. Naib Qasid (BPS-1)
- Qualification: Matric.
- Experience: No specific experience is mentioned in the advertisement.
- Age: 18–30 years, subject to applicable age relaxation.
3. Mali (BPS-1)
- Qualification: Matric.

Age Relaxation
- The general age relaxation of 5 years has already been included in the advertised age limit.
- An additional 3 years of age relaxation is available for candidates belonging to minority communities.
- Government/WAPDA employees who have completed at least 2 years of continuous regular service by the closing date may receive up to 10 years of upper-age relaxation.
- WAPDA employees working on daily wages, contingent or Budget Estimate arrangements may receive special age relaxation according to their completed service, subject to the conditions stated in the advertisement.

General Instructions
- Only candidates having the specified District Lahore domicile are eligible to apply.
- The written test will be conducted by Central Testing Services (CTS), while interviews will be conducted by WAPDA.
- Candidates already serving in WAPDA must obtain an NOC from their respective formation before the closing date.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
- The initial appointment will be on probation for one year. Regularization will depend on satisfactory performance.
- Applications that are incomplete, contain incorrect information or are received after the due date will be rejected.
- Providing false information at any stage may lead to termination of appointment.
- WAPDA reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the recruitment process according to departmental requirements.

The CTS test fee is Rs. 170. Candidates can download the prescribed bank challan from the CTS website and deposit the fee through a designated branch of Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB or Bank Islami. The fee may also be deposited directly into the CTSPAK bank account through available banking facilities.
Selection Process
- Applications will be processed by Central Testing Services (CTS).
- Eligible candidates will be informed by CTS through SMS regarding roll number slips and test-related information.
- The written test will be conducted by CTS.
- Interviews will be conducted by WAPDA.
- Original documents will be required at the interview stage.

- Attach the original fee challan/payment receipt with the application.

- Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
