Eligibility Criteria for WAPDA (Dargai) Rehabilitation Project Jobs 2026
1. Naib Qasid (BPS-01)
- Qualification: Matric.
- Age: 18–30 years, with the general relaxation already included in the advertised age limit.
- Domicile: Only candidates holding the required local domicile for the advertised quota are eligible.
- Quota: District Malakand.
Age Relaxation
- A general age relaxation of 5 years has already been incorporated into the stated age limit.
- Candidates belonging to minorities may receive an additional 3 years of age relaxation.
- Government/WAPDA employees who have completed at least 2 years of continuous regular service by the closing date may receive relaxation of up to 10 years.
- WAPDA employees working on daily wages, contingent or Budget Estimate arrangements may receive special relaxation corresponding to their years of WAPDA service, subject to the stated conditions.
- Age relaxation can be claimed under only one category.
- Age will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.
General Conditions & Instructions
- Only candidates having the local domicile specified against the post are eligible to apply.
- The written test will be conducted by Central Testing Services (CTS), while the interview will be conducted by WAPDA.
- Candidates already working in WAPDA must obtain an NOC from their respective formation before the closing date.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
- The initial appointment will be on probation for one year and regularization will depend on satisfactory performance.
- Services may be terminated without notice during probation in case of unsatisfactory work or conduct.
- Incomplete applications, incorrect information and applications received after the closing date will be rejected.
- Submission of false information may result in termination of employment.
- WAPDA may cancel or withhold the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
- The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased according to departmental requirements.

- Visit the CTS website at www.ctspak.com and obtain the prescribed application form.
- Complete the online application for the Naib Qasid position within 15 days of publication of the advertisement.
- Pay the CTS test fee of Rs. 170/- through the prescribed method at Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB or Bank Islami, or deposit the fee into the CTS PAK bank account through banking applications as specified in the advertisement.
- Keep the payment receipt and attach its copy with the application documents.
- Specify the post for which you are applying.
- Send a copy of the submitted online application along with attested educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, relevant documents, experience certificate where applicable, two recent passport-size photographs and the original fee challan.
- Send the required documents through courier service or Pakistan Post to Central Testing Services Office, 414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore, Pakistan.
- Regularly check the CTS website for roll number slips, written-test schedules and other recruitment announcements.
Selection Process
- CTS will conduct the written test.
- WAPDA will conduct the interview.
- Only candidates meeting the applicable requirements will proceed through the recruitment process.
- Original documents must be presented at the interview.
