General Instructions & Terms and Conditions

• Candidates applying for posts Sr. 4–20 will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA test based on the credentials provided; detailed scrutiny will be carried out after the test.
• All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website, print an E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for relevance against the eligibility criteria.
• Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
• Candidates must be eligible in all respects before the last date of receipt of applications.
• Incomplete applications, those received after the due date, or those with fake documents will be rejected at any stage.
• Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government rules.
• In-service candidates from Government / Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channel.
• Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately and deposit a separate fee for each post.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test / interview.
• In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC, PMDC or the relevant authority must be provided.

Eligibility Criteria for PO Box 599 KP Jobs 2026

1. Director Operations — Up to 55 Years

• Master’s in Management Sciences, Business or Public Administration, Public Health or any other equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 12 years’ work experience in public/private organizations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in healthcare financing and Human Resource Management preferred; certification in HR and procurement is an added advantage.

2. Director Quality Assurance — Up to 55 Years

• MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH) / Health Policy & Management (HPM) / Health Economics or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 12 years’ experience in the public/private health sector; experience in healthcare financing, health insurance and quality management preferred.
• Publications and conference participation in the relevant field are preferred.

3. Director Finance — Up to 55 Years

• CA / ACCA / ICMA or MBA (Finance) / MS in Finance.
• At least 12 years’ post-qualification experience in audit, accounts and financial management.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, reconciliation, balance sheets and audit, and familiarity with AG / Auditor General of Pakistan rules and procedures.

4. Manager Advocacy & Communication — Up to 45 Years

• Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Sociology or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 8 years’ experience in designing and implementing advocacy and awareness campaigns in public/private sector projects.

5. Manager Contracts and Legal — Up to 45 Years

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 8 years’ experience in negotiating, drafting and contract management in any public/private organization.

6. Manager Quality Assurance — Up to 45 Years

• MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH) / Health Policy & Management (HPM) / Health Economics or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 8 years’ experience in the health sector; experience in healthcare financing / health insurance preferred.
• Research background in healthcare financing / insurance / empanelment and quality, with publications in HEC/PMDC-recognized journals.

7. Manager IT — Up to 45 Years

• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience, especially in MIS / Networking / IT.

8. Manager M&E — Up to 45 Years

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health or other relevant field).
• At least 8 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in healthcare or development programs; experience in healthcare financing / health insurance preferred.

9. Manager Analytics — Up to 45 Years

• Masters in Management Sciences / Business Administration / Public Health / Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Analytics, Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in the social sector; healthcare financing / health insurance experience preferred.

10. Quality Assurance Officer — Up to 40 Years

• MBBS/BDS or graduate in Allied Medical Sciences, with Masters in Public Health or Health Planning & Policy from a PMDC/HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 03 years’ related experience in the humanitarian sector, focusing on health and research.
• Preference for medical graduates and those with additional qualification/training in healthcare financing; publications a plus point.

11. Admin and Procurement Officer — Up to 40 Years

• Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience with a verifiable track record in public sector administration.

12. Account Officer — Up to 40 Years

• At least a Master’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Economics / Audit / Accounting & Finance or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good communication, report writing and understanding of financing and accounting procedures.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.

13. Field Monitoring Officer — Up to 40 Years

• Graduate from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 3 years’ related experience in the public / private sector.
• Preference for candidates who have worked in the health sector / health insurance.

14. IT Officers — Up to 40 Years

• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Web Development, Systems Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, especially in MIS / IT.

15. Content Writer — Up to 40 Years

• Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, especially in content writing; a proven portfolio of published articles.

16. Graphic Designer — Up to 40 Years

• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Web Development, Systems Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, especially in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

17. PSO to CEO — Up to 40 Years

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant, preferably in healthcare or non-profit organizations.
• Preference for candidates with experience as a private secretary, especially to the head of an organization.

18. Office Assistant — Up to 40 Years

• BA / B.Sc or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel), good typing speed, and knowledge of general office procedures and office machines.

19. Helpline Officers — Up to 40 Years

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Computer Science / Telecom Technology / Engineering or a related qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
• Technical expertise in complaints management, marketing, client liaison, consumer services and social media / android-based campaign management.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.

20. Telephone Operator — Up to 35 Years

• At least FA / F.Sc or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecommunication role preferred.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software is a plus.

How to Apply

1. For posts Sr. 1–3 (Director posts): submit applications along with documents by post to P.O. Box No. 599 till 30 August 2026.
2. For posts Sr. 4–20: apply online through the ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk (online form available from 05 August 2026).
3. After submitting the online application, a prescribed deposit slip (with token number and project code) will be generated; print it and pay the non-refundable fee through the EasyPaisa app/agent or any UBL Bank branch.
4. Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip and do not share it with anyone.
5. Do not send documents to the ETEA office; qualifying candidates will submit them later for scrutiny when required.
6. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 05 August 2026, and the last date for submission of applications (both by post for Director posts and online via ETEA) is 30 August 2026. Late applications will not be entertained.
