About the National Police Foundation
The National Police Foundation (NPF) is a federal welfare organization established to serve the welfare of police personnel and their families through various commercial, housing and development ventures. It undertakes large-scale infrastructure, housing and real estate projects, and periodically recruits qualified professionals to manage its engineering, administrative and legal functions.
General Instructions
- Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement and mutual consent.
- Degrees / certificates must be from HEC-recognized universities/institutes; registration with PEC / Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, or Government / Semi-Government organizations.
- Maximum age will be calculated as on the closing date.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
- NPF reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.

Eligibility Criteria for National Police Foundation (Islamabad) Jobs 2026
1. Deputy Director (Engineering Works) — Up to 40 Years
- BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer).
- Minimum 08 years’ post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, technical sanction, implementation of public sector development projects, contract administration and infrastructure development.
- Preference for candidates with Government / Semi-Government and large-scale organization experience and knowledge of Planning Commission guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and project management tools.
2. Assistant Director Works — Up to 35 Years
- Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in civil works, infrastructure, housing / real estate management with large-scale public or private housing schemes/projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans; strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Mandatory registration with PEC.
3. Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination — Up to 35 Years
- Master’s degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in large-scale Government departments or private organizations in procurement, vendor management and supply chain operations.
- Responsible for administrative and establishment matters, staff supervision, office management, procurement and compliance, and preparing reports, SOPs and administrative documents.
4. Assistant Director Testing & Assessment — Up to 35 Years
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in the related field.
- Responsible for assisting in recruitment projects, modernizing testing systems, and ensuring the security, transparency and confidentiality of candidate and test data.
5. Assistant Director (Litigation) — Up to 35 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, LLB or LLM (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 05 years’ post-qualification experience in High Court, Government sector, as in-house counsel or legal consultant.
- Responsible for providing legal opinions, representing the organization in courts and tribunals, vetting legal documents and contracts (FIDIC, PPRA, SECP etc.), and ensuring legal compliance.
