Eligibility Criteria
1. Director Finance & Operations
- Qualification: MS / MPhil / MBA (18 years of education) in Finance or an allied field.
- Age 40–55 years, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in the public or corporate sector.
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, audit, procurement, administration and HRM, with organizational-level leadership, team management and strong compliance knowledge.
2. Director Programs & Research
- Qualification: MS / MPhil (18 years of education) in Social Sciences & Humanities.
- Age 40–55 years, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in the public or corporate sector.
- Proven experience in program design, project management, policy research and donor liaison, with organizational-level leadership and management of strategic research and programs.
3. Personal Staff to Executive Director
- Qualification: MA / MS / MPhil (16–18 years) in Social Sciences.
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Experience as an executive assistant or staff officer in a public/research organization; able to draft high-level official correspondence and act as a professional liaison for the Executive Director.
4. Administration and HR Officer
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (16–18 years) in HRM or Business Administration.
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Experience in HR operations, administration and office management.
5. Accounts Officer
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / BS (16–18 years) in Finance, Commerce or Accounting.
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, tax and audit.
6. Research Officer-I (Democracy & Federalism)
- Qualification: MA / MSc / MPhil (16–18 years) in Social Sciences & Humanities.
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Skills in research, policy analysis and report writing.
7. Research Officer-II (Constitutional Affairs & Law)
- Qualification: LLB / LLM (16–18 years).
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Experience of working on constitutional rights, human rights and legislative research.
8. Research Officer-III (Digital Media Lead)
- Qualification: MS / MSc (16–18 years) in IT, Digital or Media Studies.
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Experience of managing the institution’s virtual image, updating social media handles and maintaining the official website.
9. Digital Expert (Videographer / Video Editor)
- Qualification: BS / MS (16–18 years) in Visual Arts, Digital Media or Media Studies.
- Age 24–40 years, with 3–8 years’ experience.
- Experience in videography (DSLR, mirrorless, lighting, sound), video editing, audio mixing, motion graphics and content optimization; must have a portfolio/showreel and be able to handle live coverage and podcasts.
10. Research Intern – Media Management
- Qualification: BS / BA (16 years) in Media Studies / Journalism.
- Age 22–32 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills in digital media, social media management and basic video editing.
11. Research Intern (General)
- Qualification: BA / BS / BCS (16 years) in Humanities or Social Sciences.
- Age 22–32 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic research and communication skills and report writing.
12. Front Desk Person
- Qualification: BA or Intermediate.
- Age 25–45 years, with organizational experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of Urdu with strong verbal communication and eloquence; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
13. Support Staff (Driver / Guards / Office Boy / Office Cleaner / Office Lady / Cook / Messenger / Watchman)
- Qualification: Primary, Middle or Matriculation.
- Age 25–45 years, with relevant experience in a similar role.
- A valid driving license is required for the Driver; guards should preferably be ex-servicemen. Number of posts is “as required.”

- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential for all candidates.
- Age, qualification and experience relaxations may be granted for exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates as per organizational policy.
- Recruitment will be conducted in a transparent, accessible and strictly merit-based manner through the competent Selection Committee.
- Appointment will be on a 3–6 month probationary basis; continuation into a one-year (extendable) contract is strictly subject to satisfactory performance measured against role-specific KPIs.
