About the College
Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College, Mianwali is a public sector medical institution under the Government of Punjab. It recruits administrative, technical and support staff on a contract basis under the relevant Punjab Health Department service rules to support its academic, clinical and administrative operations.
General Instructions
- Both male and female applicants having a Punjab domicile may apply.
- Appointments are on a contract basis under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004, initially for 03 years, extendable subject to good performance.
- Age and experience will be calculated as on the last date of submission of applications; age relaxation is as per the Government of Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy 2022.
- Quotas will be observed as per the Recruitment Policy 2022.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
- Government servants must apply through proper channel; only HEC-recognized degrees will be accepted.
- Special persons (differently-abled) must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a Disability Certificate.
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the NTS test to pass; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test / interview.

Eligibility Criteria for Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Jobs (August) 2026
1. Librarian (BPS-17)
- Master’s degree in Library Science from a recognized university.
- Age: 21–28 years.
2. Assistant (BPS-16)
- Graduation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Age: 21–25 years.
3. Statistician (BPS-11)
- Graduation with Statistics, Mathematics or Economics, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Age: 21–25 years.
4. Stenographer (BPS-15)
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized board.
- Shorthand speed of 70 words per minute in English and typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Three-month office automation certificate in computer operations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and email) from a recognized institute.
- Age: 21–25 years.
5. Computer Operator (BPS-15)
- BCS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university with at least 3 years’ experience in the field of computer work.
- Age: 21–25 years.
6. Junior Computer Operator (BPS-12)
- ICS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board with at least 3 years’ experience in the field of computer work.
- Age: 21–25 years.
7. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized board.
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other compatible office applications.
- Age: 18–25 years.
8. Store Keeper (BPS-11)
- Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board with at least 4 years’ experience of handling the store in the relevant field.
- Age: 18–25 years.
9. Almoner (BPS-09)
- Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board with at least 3 years’ experience in Accountancy / Treasury work from any recognized institute / organization.
- Age: 18–25 years.
10. Junior Technician — Pathology (BPS-09)
- F.Sc (2nd division) from a recognized board with a one- or two-year diploma in the relevant allied health sciences discipline recognized by the Punjab Medical Faculty.
- If none is available, candidates with Matric (2nd division) with Science plus a two-year diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Punjab Medical Faculty institute.
- Age: 18–25 years.
11. Khateeb & Imam (BPS-09)
- Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- Hafiz-e-Quran, with a Certificate of Dars-e-Nizami from any recognized Wafaq-ul-Madaras.
- Age: 25–30 years.
12. Driver (BPS-05)
- Middle school certificate from a recognized school.
- LTV driving license issued from the licensing authority with at least 5 years’ experience in the line.
- Age: 18–25 years.
How to Apply
- Apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) portal at www.nts.org.pk within 15 days of the advertisement publication.
- Submit your duly filled application form along with the fee deposit slip (in favor of NTS), a copy of CNIC, domicile, registration/experience certificates, attested photocopies of all academic documents and passport-size photographs.
- Send the complete documents to the NTS office by courier at the address mentioned on the application form.
- Ensure your application reaches on or before 27 August 2026. The written test date and Roll Number slips will be communicated through NTS.
