Eligibility Criteria for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transmission & Grid System Company Jobs (August) 2026
1. Manager (Legal & Contracts) (OG-II)
- Qualification: LLB from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience directly related to the Companies Act and related matters.
- Age: Maximum 50 years.
2. Deputy Manager (OHTL) (OG-III)
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and registration with PEC.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance in the power sector.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
3. Deputy Manager (Grid Code/Tariff) (OG-III)
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and registration with PEC.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance in the power sector.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
4. Deputy Manager (Contract & Procurement) (OG-III)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Additional Qualification: Relevant procurement/contract certifications are desirable.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
5. Assistant Manager (OHTL) (OG-IV)
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and registration with PEC.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance in the power sector.
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
6. Assistant Manager (Grid Code & Tariff) (OG-IV)
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and registration with PEC.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance in the power sector.
- Scale: OG-IV.
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
General Instructions
- The maximum age limit will be calculated as on the last date for submission of applications.
- Candidates will initially be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test on the basis of the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out before appointment, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified.
- All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website, print an E-Sahulat token and have their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying or depositing the fee.
- Candidates who qualify the ETEA screening test will subsequently be assessed against the relevant eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates appearing for interview must bring their original Passport/CNIC, original educational degrees/certificates with HEC-verified photocopies, and verified work experience certificates.
- Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements on or before the application closing date.
- Incomplete applications, late applications, or applications containing fake documents or information may be rejected at any stage.
- Age relaxation will be allowed according to existing Government Rules.
- Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each position.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies with a cogent reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
- For foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
How to Apply
- Visit the ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and create your candidate profile.
- Print the E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying or depositing the fee.
- Apply online for the desired KPT&GSC position through the ETEA portal.
- After successful submission, print the generated online deposit slip containing the Token Number, Project Code and personal details.
- Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa App/Agent or at any UBL Bank branch, and keep the original stamped candidate copy.
- Do not send physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at the application stage. Qualified candidates will submit verified copies when called by the Appointing Authority.
- ETEA will notify candidates by SMS when Roll No. Slips are available for download. Do not provide a converted or ported mobile number.
- The test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be sent by post.
