The Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) — a newly established public sector company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan — has announced career opportunities for the year 2026. HAZECO is responsible for the supply and distribution of electricity across eight districts of the Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and invites competent, dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join its growing team.

About HAZECO
Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) is a newly established public sector power distribution company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan. It is responsible for supplying and distributing electricity across the eight districts of the Hazara Division in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and is building its human resource base to enhance operational capacity.
General Instructions & Terms and Conditions
- The maximum age limit for all positions is 35 years.
- All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website, print an E-Sahulat token and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise before applying.
- Candidates with academic qualifications must enter their CGPA-to-percentage equivalent and produce a university-issued equivalence certificate at the interview.
- The positions are purely contractual (Company Grade M-1) under the HAZECO Policy on Contract Employment 2025, are non-pensionable, and will never be regularized.
- Selected candidates may be required to perform duty anywhere in HAZECO’s area of service.
- Candidates awaiting results are not eligible; only those who have completed their degrees may apply.
- Government / Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel after obtaining an NOC, and the selected candidate must resign and submit a relieving letter before joining.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately with a separate fee.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test / interview.
- Dismissed / screened-out employees or those with a criminal record are not eligible; concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.

Eligibility Criteria for Hazara Electric Supply Company Jobs August 2026
1. Assistant Manager — Accounts & Finance
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), OR
- CA (Inter) / ICMA (Finalist) / ACCA (Finalist) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com (Hons) 4-year course / BBA Finance (Hons) 4-year course with 2 years’ post-qualification relevant experience in a Govt / Semi-Govt organization, corporation, autonomous body or well-reputed listed public limited company (article with a Chartered Accountant firm is also eligible relevant experience).
2. Assistant Manager — Legal and Contracts (MIRAD)
- 16-year degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
3. Assistant Manager — Supply Chain
- BS / B.Sc Hons (4 years) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (1st Division) from a PEC/HEC-recognized university with 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, OR
- 16 years of education in Supply Chain / Management / Finance / Business / Economics from an HEC-recognized university with 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
4. Assistant Manager — Customer Services
- BS / B.Sc Hons (4 years) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (1st Division) from a PEC/HEC-recognized university with 2 years’ post-qualification experience, OR
- 16 years of education in Management / Marketing / Finance / Business / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics from an HEC-recognized university with 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
5. Assistant Manager — Legal
- 16-year degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
6. Assistant Manager — HR and Admin
- 16-year degree in Business / Public Administration / Human Resource Management (1st Division) with 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
7. Assistant Manager — Internal Audit
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CIA), OR
- CA (Inter) / ICMA (Finalist) / ACCA (Finalist) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com (Hons) / BBA Finance (Hons) 4-year course with 2 years’ post-qualification relevant experience in a Govt / Semi-Govt organization, corporation, autonomous body or well-reputed listed public limited company.

- After submission, print the prescribed online deposit slip (with token number and project code) and pay the non-refundable test fee via the EasyPaisa app / agent or any UBL Bank branch.
- Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip; do not share it with anyone.
- Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from www.etea.edu.pk (test date, time and venue mentioned on the slip). Submit your application on or before 27 August 2026.
