The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is hiring staff for its Project Management Unit (PMU) for the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre. Applications are invited for seven management and engineering posts on contract basis.

The vacancies include Senior Manager, Managers for Civil, MEP, IT, BIM and Finance, and a Documentation Officer, in the pay scale range PPS-7 to PPS-10. Eligibility Criteria for Capital Development Authority Jobs (August) 2026

Senior Manager – PMU (PPS-10)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
PEC Registered Professional Engineer.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure and mega building projects.
Age: 38–55 years.

Manager Civil (PPS-9)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
PEC Registered Engineer.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Age: 30–45 years.

Manager MEP (PPS-9)

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
PEC Registered Engineer.
Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP systems.
Age: 30–45 years.

Manager IT (PPS-9)

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure experience.
Professional certifications in IT, networking, cybersecurity, or AV systems will be an advantage.
Age: 30–45 years.

Manager BIM (PPS-9)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of BIM implementation experience.
Age: 30–45 years.

Manager Finance (PPS-9)

MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure projects, or public sector development.
Strong knowledge of government financial procedures.
Age: 30–45 years.

Documentation Officer (PPS-7)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Library Sciences, HR Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of document management experience.
Experience with EDMS, Microsoft Office, and BIM-enabled document management is preferred.
Advanced Degree will be an added advantage.
Age: 30–40 years.
