About Water & Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM)
The Water & Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) was established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the District of Mardan and formally incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. Managed by a Board of Directors with representation from the public and private sectors, the company is responsible for providing aggregated, corporatized and modern water and sanitation services — including uninterrupted drinking water, sanitation and solid-waste management — to the residents of the urban union councils of Mardan city.

Eligibility Criteria for WSSCM (Mardan) Jobs 2026
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Qualification: B.Sc Engineering in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical, or a Master’s in Environmental Engineering, from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Experience: Over 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a public or private organization at HoD/Senior Management level, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position (preference will be given to WATSAN/municipal-services related experience).
- Preferred: Prior working experience in an international organization or a similar entity.
- Skills: Good working knowledge of ICT technologies; excellent communication and team-player abilities; strong problem-solving and leadership skills; sectoral and organizational awareness; understanding of the Government’s role as a key shareholder and the statutory responsibilities of a Chief Executive; result orientation with the ability to develop effective business plans; and high proficiency in computer software.
- Age Limit: Preferably not more than 57 years of age at the time of appointment; the Board of Directors may relax the upper age limit in exceptional circumstances, considering the professional experience and suitability of the candidate.
Salary Package
The salary will be offered as per company policy, depending on the candidate’s qualification and experience.
