The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced project-based job opportunities for 2026 under the Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme, District Mansehra (SFD Assisted) (ADP No. 112/130237), purely on contract basis.
A total of 17 posts are available, ranging from Assistant Director and Sub Engineer to Accounts, Computer Operator, and clerical roles. Assistant Director (Civil) — BPS-17
- Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 03 years relevant experience.
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
Assistant Director (E&M) — BPS-17
- Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 03 years relevant experience.
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
Litigation Officer — BPS-17
- Qualification: Law Graduate from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 03 years relevant experience.

- Experience: Computer literate with a typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute and knowledge of MS Office.
- Age: 18 to 28 years.
Terms & Conditions
- Employment is purely on contract basis, initially for 1 year, extendable yearly till project completion, subject to satisfactory performance. No claim for regular employment on project completion will be entertained.
- Screening will be based on a test conducted by ETEA. Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC via a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only; original documents will be checked at the interview.
- Experience from government/semi-government institutions must be verified by the head of the concerned institution.
- Candidates must fulfil all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation is admissible as per existing Government rules.
- In-service candidates must apply through proper channel (NOC required at interview).
- Applicants for more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate fee for each.
- Selected candidates will serve in the PMU District Mansehra; no transfer to other districts will be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

- Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa (app/agent), any UBL Bank branch, or UBL OMNI agent.
- Keep the original stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) safe. Do not send documents to ETEA at this stage.
Application Deadline
The online application form will be available on etea.edu.pk from 01 August 2026, and the last date for submission of online applications is 25 August 2026. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
