Eligibility Criteria for PO Box 368 (Rawalpindi) Jobs 2026
- Hardware Officer (SPS-8): BSc/BE (4-year) or MSc Engineering (1st Division) with minimum 2 years relevant field experience.
- Assistant Engineer (R&R) (SPS-7): 3-year DAE in Civil Technology from a recognized institute; Retired MES personnel preferred; maximum age 61 years.
- Assistant Engineer (E&M) (SPS-7): 3-year DAE in Electrical Technology from a recognized institute; Retired MES personnel preferred; maximum age 61 years.
- Junior Assistant-II (SPS-3): Intermediate with computer knowledge/typing speed and 2 years relevant experience; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Nursing Assistant (SPS-3): Completed 4-year nursing course in Class-II with medical training; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Tech-I (AutoCAD Operator) (SPS-4): 3-year DAE in Civil Technology (1st Division) with 5 years’ experience using modern software.
- Driver-III (SPS-2): Middle pass with LTV/HTV driving license and 5 years’ driving experience; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Telecom Operator-II (SPS-3): Intermediate (1st Division) with 5 years’ telecom/troubleshooting experience; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Tech-III – Various Trades (SPS-2): Matric with 50% marks, or Matric plus a technical course, and 5 years’ field experience.
- Tech-IV – Various Trades (SPS-1): Matric with 50% marks and relevant field experience.
- Special Vehicle Operator-III – Mobile (SPS-3): Matric with LTV/HTV driving license and 6 years’ driving experience.
- Special Vehicle Operator-III – Tank (SPS-3): Matric with LTV/HTV driving license and 6 years’ driving experience.
- Chef (SPS-5): Matric with 8 years’ cooking experience in renowned restaurants or armed forces messes.
- Cook-I (SPS-3): Cooking experience in Pakistani/Chinese dishes – 5 years for civilians; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Cook-II (SPS-2): Cooking experience in Pakistani/Chinese dishes – 6 years for civilians; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Mess Attendant-I (SPS-1): Relevant field experience and literate; Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Mali-II (SPS-1): Literate with gardening experience.
General Conditions
- Only Serial No. 1 (Hardware Officer) allows a single second division in academic records, provided the final degree is 1st Division with at least 3.00/4.00 CGPA; no third division is allowed for this post.
- Degrees and diplomas must be verified by HEC, PEC or other recognized boards.
- General age limit is up to 33 years, while retired armed forces personnel can apply up to 55 years of age.
- Ex-servicemen must provide a discharge book reflecting an “Exemplary” or “Good” character remark.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
