The company is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its team on a contract basis. These jobs are offered under a World Bank-funded project to improve the electricity distribution system.
Vacant Positions in LESCO Jobs April 2026
LESCO is hiring for the following positions:
- Manager (Legal) – 1 Post
- Deputy Manager (Legal/Contract) – 1 Post
- Assistant Manager (Transmission Planning) – 1 Post
- Assistant Manager (Demand Forecasting) – 1 Post
Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager (Legal)
- Age: Up to 50 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Law (LLB), LLM/Bar-at-Law preferred
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in corporate, regulatory, or contract law
- Power sector experience will be preferred
2. Deputy Manager (Legal/Contract)
- Age: Up to 45 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in contracts, bidding, or legal matters
3. Assistant Manager (Transmission Planning)
- Age: Up to 32 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (power sector preferred)
- Knowledge of transmission planning and tools like PSS/E, ETAP is a plus
4. Assistant Manager (Demand Forecasting)
- Age: Up to 32 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in demand forecasting or power sector
- Must understand load forecasting methods
