About the Directorate General of Labour, Sindh
The Directorate General of Labour (DG Labour) operates under the Government of Sindh and is responsible for the administration of labour laws, welfare of workers, and regulation of employment matters across the province. Eligibility Criteria for Directorate General of Labour Sindh Jobs (August) 2026
1. Driver — BPS-04
- Qualification: At least Primary Pass, possession of a valid LTV/HTV driving licence, ability to maintain the log book, and at least two years’ experience as a driver.
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.
2. Dispatch Rider — BPS-04
- Qualification: Educated, preferably Middle Passed, with a valid driving licence for a motorcycle or scooter.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
3. Qasid / Daftari — BPS-02
- Qualification: Educated, preferably Middle Passed.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
4. Naib Qasid — BPS-01
- Qualification: Educated, preferably Middle Passed.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
5. Chowkidar — BPS-01
- Qualification: Preferably literate.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
6. Farash — BPS-01
- Qualification: Preferably literate.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
7. Mali (Gardener) — BPS-01
- Qualification: Preferably Primary Pass, with experience of gardening from a recognized institute.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
8. Sweeper — BPS-01
- Qualification: Preferably literate.

General Instructions
- Candidates already in Government service must route their applications through the proper channel.
- The upper-age relaxation limit is 5 years as per Government of Sindh policy.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
- Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
- The last date for applying is within 15 days of the advertisement’s issuance; applications received after the due date, by hand or courier, will not be entertained.
- Each successful candidate will undergo antecedent verification by the Police/Special Branch as per existing policy.
- The successful candidate will be posted against the advertised post and place and will not be transferred for five years.
