Eligibility Criteria for Daanish University (Islamabad) Jobs 2026
1. Finance & Administration Manager
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a relevant discipline, or a full / part professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA or ICMA. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in Finance, with proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP or similar ERP) and MS Excel.
- Understanding of Pakistani tax laws, procurement regulations and audit requirements; knowledge of PPRA rules, Government financial regulations and audit procedures.
- Experience in public sector / large development / infrastructure / donor-funded projects, project costing, cash flow management and contract finance is preferred.
2. IT Systems Specialist
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering, or a relevant degree. A Master’s in IT / CS / MIS / Technology Management is preferred, and professional certifications (CISCO, Microsoft, AWS) are an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive IT management experience.
- Experience with large-scale / university projects, ERP / PMIS or digital governance systems, public sector / donor-funded projects, strategic IT planning, digital transformation, project management, systems integration and cybersecurity / risk management is preferred.
3. Procurement Specialist
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration or a relevant field. A Master’s degree and certifications (CIPS, PMP, PPRA training) will be an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of procurement experience; experience with procurement under PPRA rules and/or public sector financial systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar), with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Procurement Assistant
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, with basic knowledge of contract management.
- Familiarity with PPRA rules and public sector procurement procedures, strong documentation and record-keeping skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
5. Finance Assistant
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a relevant discipline, or a full / part accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA or ICMA.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant finance / accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP or similar ERP) and MS Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skills and high attention to detail.
