- Retired Lt Colonel, Colonel, or Brigadier from Pakistan Armed Forces (or equivalent civilian candidate).

- Civilian candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Cadet Colleges or Residential Colleges.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
- Domicile: Pakistani Nationals.
- Accommodation: Furnished married accommodation will be provided within the campus.
- Transportation: Staff car (official duty).
- Leave Facility: One return air ticket to hometown every year (for candidates from Sukkur).
