Applications are invited from suitable candidates for various posts on daily wages/work charge basis for a period of 86 days, purely on a temporary basis, through walk-in interview. A total of 72 vacancies are available across 15 posts — including Graduate Engineer, Recovery Inspector, Surveyor, Sub-Engineer and Sewer Man — open to candidates holding a Punjab domicile. Candidates appear directly for a walk-in interview at the WASA office in Muzaffargarh on the scheduled dates. The Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Muzaffargarh is a public-sector body under the Government of the Punjab responsible for water supply and sanitation services in the Muzaffargarh district. It is recruiting technical, field and support staff to strengthen its operations.

Eligibility Criteria for WASA (Muzaffargarh) Jobs 2026

• Video Editor / Junior Computer Operator / Graphic Designer: 14 years of education in a relevant field with 3 years’ relevant field experience.
• Assistant Photographer: Intermediate with 2 years’ relevant field experience.
• Graduate Engineer: B.Sc/BS Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Graduate Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical – MEP): MSc/BSc/BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Recovery Inspector (Field): 14 years of education in a relevant field, combining Sociology/Social Work & Finance, with 5 years’ experience in the public or private sector.
• Supervisor: 14 years of education in a relevant field, preferably with 5 years’ experience in the public or private sector.
• Work Superintendent: 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution in a relevant field; 5 years’ experience in the public or private sector preferred.
• Computer Operator: 14 years of education from a recognized institution, with experience in speedy typing with accuracy, office work and all applications.
• Recovery Assistant (Field): 12 years of education from a recognized institution; experience in the public or private sector preferred.
• Surveyor: 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) Civil from an institute recognized by the Punjab Board of Technical Education; minimum 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Sub-Engineer (Civil): 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) Civil from an institute recognized by the Punjab Board of Technical Education; minimum 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Driver Motor Vehicle: Literate, with a valid LTV driving license and 5 years’ experience.
• Mason / Mistri: Literate with 5 years’ experience.
• Quli: Literate with 5 years’ experience.
• Sewer Man: Physically fit, with experience in cleaning of sewerage networks.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments shall be made purely on daily wages/work charge basis for a period of 86 days, on a purely temporary basis, and shall not confer any right to regular appointment or continuity.
• Candidates should appear for the walk-in interview on the dates mentioned, along with original educational/experience certificates and CNIC.
• Only candidates holding a Punjab domicile are required to appear, along with an updated CV, original documents, CNIC, domicile, 2 passport-size photographs and attested copies of all documents.
• Original documents must be produced by the candidate at the time of interview.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the relevant job.
• Wages will be paid as per the schedule of wage rates (2025–26) issued by the Government of Punjab.
• The competent authority has the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, or to cancel a single post or all posts without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible to candidates for the interview.
• Male and female candidates have equal opportunity to appear for interview and selection against the above posts.
• The posts are purely on temporary/daily wages basis; the appointee has no right to claim regular/permanent employee status at WASA Muzaffargarh.

How to Apply

1. Prepare an updated CV along with original documents, CNIC, domicile, 2 passport-size photographs and attested copies of all documents.
2. Appear in person for a walk-in interview at the WASA office, Mehmood Kot Road, Muzaffargarh, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
3. For posts 1 to 4, appear on 06 October 2026; for posts 5 to 15, appear on 08 October 2026.

Interview Dates

Walk-in interviews for Video Editor/Junior Computer Operator/Graphic Designer, Assistant Photographer and both Graduate Engineer posts will be held on 06 October 2026. Interviews for all remaining posts (Recovery Inspector through Sewer Man) will be held on 08 October 2026. Both sessions run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the WASA office, Muzaffargarh.
