About the Directorate General Wildlife & Parks, Punjab
The Directorate General Wildlife & Parks operates under the Government of the Punjab and is responsible for the conservation of wildlife, the management of national parks and wildlife sanctuaries, and public education and awareness on nature and biodiversity. Eligibility Criteria for Wildlife & Parks Department (Punjab) Jobs 2026
1. Cinema Manager — PPS-07
- Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years) in second division in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Film Studies or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in cinema management or a similar role in the entertainment or hospitality industry; experience with immersive and interactive technologies is preferred.
- Note: Private-sector experience is accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms or another regulatory authority/department.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
2. Network Administrator — PPS-07
- Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years) in second division in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a network administrator or in a similar role.
- Note: Private-sector experience is accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms or another regulatory authority/department.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
3. IT Manager — PPS-07
- Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years) in second division in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; professional certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity in a similar or related field.
- Note: Private-sector experience is accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms or another regulatory authority/department.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
4. Data Management Associate — PPS-05
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years) in second division in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: One year of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
5. Cinema Operator — PPS-03
- Qualification: Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board; technical certification in audio-visual technology, electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience operating projection and sound equipment in a cinema or similar environment.
- Age Limit: Up to 25 years.
General Instructions
- The positions are Lahore-based; however, the competent authority reserves the right to utilize the services anywhere on an all-Punjab basis.
- The posts are offered on a contract basis till the gestation period of the project, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- Candidates already working in Government / semi-government departments must apply through the proper channel along with an NOC from the competent authority.
- Recruitment/appointment will be made in accordance with the relevant rules/policy till the gestation period of the project.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview through letter / SMS / call, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
- At the interview, candidates must produce original CNIC, domicile, transcripts/certificates/degrees and experience certificates.
- Candidates who have previously applied for any of these posts must submit fresh applications.
- The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or not to fill any vacancy, without assigning any reason.
- The Department reserves the right to cancel or postpone the test/interview process at any stage.
