Physical Standards
- Minimum Height: Male 5′-7″, Female 5′-2″.
- Minimum Chest: Male 33″–34.5″.
- Vision: 6/6 with or without glasses, and near vision not less than J-I.
- Running: Male candidates must complete 1.6 km within 7 minutes; female candidates within 10 minutes.
- The measurement of physical standards will be conducted by the ICT Police Department as and when referred by the FPSC.
Eligibility Criteria for FPSC ICT Police Inspector (Islamabad) Jobs 2026
Inspector (BS-16)
- Qualification: Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s, BS or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in any discipline, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Age Limit: 20 to 28 years, with an additional five (5) years of general relaxation in the upper age limit (further relaxation as per the Commission’s rules where applicable).
- Physical Standards: Candidates must meet the prescribed height, chest, vision and running standards listed above.
- Domicile: As per the allocated quota (Merit, ICT, Punjab, Sindh Rural/Urban, KPK, Balochistan, Ex-FATA or AJK).
- Tenure: Permanent appointment.
