About 56 EME Battalion, Sialkot Cantt
56 EME Battalion is a Pakistan Army establishment of the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME), based in Sialkot Cantt. It handles the maintenance, repair and servicing of vehicles, equipment and technical systems for the armed forces. From time to time it recruits civilian staff for skilled trade and service roles on a permanent basis, and the current openings cover vehicle-technical and support positions.
General Instructions

Eligibility Criteria for 56 EME Battalion (Sialkot) Jobs 2026
1. Highly Skilled Mechanic (Vehicle Electrician) — BPS-10
- Qualification: Intermediate with technical knowledge in the relevant field, and skill in fault identification, minor and major repairs, and the supervised use of diagnostic instruments.
- Experience / Preference: Preference will be given to candidates holding a three-year diploma in Auto Electrician along with three years’ experience; the candidate should be familiar with vehicle wiring and the repair of electrical parts.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

2. Highly Skilled Mechanic (Vehicle Mechanic) — BPS-07

3. Waiter — BPS-01
- Qualification: Under-Matric with skill in the relevant field.
- Experience / Preference: Should be skilled in waiter duties; experienced candidates will be preferred.
