The P&D Department of AJK has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the DCRIP. It intends to apply part of the proceeds for PIU Staffing to eligible payments under the contract. 2	Procurement Expert	MBA, Master degree in Business management, Law or Engineering 5-7 years experience	Rs. 200,000 per month
3	Social Safeguard Expert	Master degree in Social Sciences 8-10 years experience	Rs. 200,000 per month
4	Monitoring & Evaluation Expert	Master degree in Social Sciences 5-7 years experience	Rs. 200,000 per month
5	GIS Specialist	Master degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, MIS 5-7 years experience	Rs. 200,000 per month
6	Infrastructure Specialist	Qualified Civil Engineer 10 years experience	Rs. 200,000 per month
7	Project Manager	Master degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences and Business Administration 5-7 years experience	Rs. 200,000 per month
