PEEF will awards Special category Scholarship to following categories.
- Orphans
- Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4 (children of both serving and retired Govt. servants are eligible) (having RS-15000 or less pay)
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children
How to Apply:-
Send duly filled application form & Matric. Intermediate Examination photocopy & Other Document (Separate for each category) to PEEF below mentioned address.
Punjab Educational Endowment Fund Link Wahdat Road Lahore.
For Orphans Students attach death cerificate from Union Council.
For 1-4 Grade employees children attach Pay slip / Pension Book last month.
For minority religion students attach copy of related religious Institute/ Centre
For Special Students attach disability certificate from District,Tehsil Headquarters (DHQ , THQ) or Rural Health Centre (RHc)
Process to Award special Quota Scholarships for Secondary Level
- Nominations for Secondary level scholarships are received through the office of Executive District Officer (EDO) Education, District Focal Committee (DFC), Directorate of Special Education and partner institutions.
- The applications received are scrutinized and eligible students are shortlisted against scholarships allocated for each category
- Eligible students fill and return the scholarship application forms back to PEEF.
- All the received forms are scrutinized and verified
- Final category wise lists are prepared for the award of scholarships
- Scholarships are awarded through the respective educational institutions where PEEF scholars are currently enrolled
Process to Award special Quota Scholarships for Intermediate and Graduation Level
- News paper advertisement is released and applications are invited from meritorious students for Intermediate & Graduation level scholarships
- The applications received are scrutinized and eligible students are shortlisted against scholarships allocated for each category & gender
- Intimation letters & scholarship application forms are sent at the residential addresses of the eligible students
- Eligible students fills in and return the scholarship application forms to PEEF
- All the received forms are scrutinized and verified
- Category & gender wise merit lists are prepared for the award of scholarships
- Scholarships are awarded through the respective educational institutions where PEEF scholars are currently enrolled
