The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, has announced a walk-in test and interview drive for residents of several districts across Balochistan. Recruitment is being carried out under Regulations 9, 10 and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, and many of the seats are reserved for female candidates. There is no separate application form — eligible candidates simply appear for the walk-in test/interview with their original documents on the scheduled dates. About NADRA
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is a federal agency working under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, responsible for maintaining the national identity database and issuing computerised national identity cards and related registration services across Pakistan. Through its regional head offices and registration centres, NADRA delivers citizen services nationwide and periodically recruits data-entry and support staff at the district level.
General Instructions
- Only residents of the respective district (as per CNIC/domicile) are allowed to appear for the test and interview.
- The selected candidate undergoes a six-month probation period, extendable subject to performance.
- A five-year age relaxation is already included in the stated age limits, and no further relaxation request will be entertained.
- Candidates must bring original personal, educational and professional documents for the test at the specified time; requests for consideration after the scheduled time will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates who qualify the test are called for interview.
- Employees serving in government or semi-government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate at the time of the test.
- Attested degrees/certificates verified by HEC or the relevant education board must be provided at the interview.
- Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and smart watches are not allowed during the test/interview.
- No TA/DA is admissible, and providing false information at any stage leads to disqualification.
- Female, minority, transgender and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for NADRA (Balochistan) Jobs 2026
1. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably one year of relevant experience.
- Age: Maximum 25 years (five-year relaxation already included).
2. Naib Qasid
- Qualification: Middle.
- Experience: Preferably one year of relevant experience.
- Age: Maximum 40 years (five-year relaxation already included).
Selection Process
- Junior Executive test: 14 September 2026 (Monday), 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Junior Executive interview: 15 September 2026 (Tuesday), 08:30 AM onwards.
- Naib Qasid interview: 16 September 2026 (Wednesday), 08:30 AM onwards.
- Venue: NADRA Regional Head Office, Building No.1418/530, New Zarghoon Road, Quetta, Balochistan.
How to Apply
- Confirm that you are a resident of the relevant district as per your CNIC/domicile.
- Gather your original personal, educational and professional documents, along with attested and HEC/board-verified copies.
- For the Junior Executive post, appear for the walk-in test on 14 September 2026 (Monday) between 08:30 AM and 12:00 PM at the Quetta venue.
- Qualifying candidates then attend the interview on the scheduled date (15 September for Junior Executive, 16 September for Naib Qasid).
- Arrive on time, as requests for consideration after the specified time will not be entertained.
Application Deadline
This is a walk-in recruitment, so there is no postal deadline. Eligible candidates for Junior Executive must appear on 14 September 2026, with interviews on 15 September 2026, while Naib Qasid interviews are held on 16 September 2026 at the Quetta venue.
