Eligibility Criteria for CPES (Pano Aqil) Jobs 2026
1. Junior Teacher (Grades V & VI) — English, Urdu (Female)
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education); BA/BSc (may apply for backward areas); B.Ed mandatory (preferable for backward areas); IT skills (MS Office, PPT, Excel) mandatory.
- Experience: 3 years in a reputed institute.
- Age Limit: 25 to 55 years.
2. Montessori Teacher / Directress (PG & Prep Classes) — Female
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education); BA/BSc (may apply for backward areas); a one-year Montessori Diploma (mandatory) from a recognized institution; IT skills mandatory.
- Experience: 2 years of Montessori-level teaching.
- Age Limit: 25 to 50 years.
3. Senior Teachers / Subject Specialists — Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry (Male/Female)
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education) in the relevant subject; preferably M.Phil/MS (18 years education); B.Ed/M.Ed preferable; IT skills mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputed school & college.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
4. Islamiyat / Nazra Teacher (Class 1 to 5) — Female
- Qualification: BA in the relevant subject (14 years education), or Shahadat Ul Aalmiya Fil Uloomal Arabia wal Islamiya (16 years sanad) from an HEC-affiliated Wafaq Ul Madaris.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (mandatory).
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
5. PTI (Physical Training Instructor) — Male/Female
- Qualification: Intermediate (12 years education); preferably with coaching courses from recognized institutions, departmental/provincial/district-level coach/player status, or physical training courses.
- Experience: 3 years of coaching/playing experience.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years (retired persons from the Armed Forces/CAF/Police and other departments with the requisite qualification may also apply).
6. Admin Supervisor — Male
- Qualification: Retired Army or Armed Forces personnel equivalent to SM/Sub/Naib Subedar.
- Age Limit: 45 to 55 years.
