Eligibility Criteria for PO Box 1271 (Islamabad) Jobs 2026
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or CA/ACMA or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience of at least 10 years as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, with strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis and excellent communication and leadership skills. Cost-accounting experience in the manufacturing sector will be a plus.
- Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing financial strategies; overseeing financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, cash management); ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations; building relationships with investors and lenders; financial risk management; implementation of a financial system on a suitable ERP; and processing of payments related to import & export of products and services.
2. Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering, with at least 5 years of sales & marketing-related experience.
- Experience: Industry experience of at least 10 years in the sale/projects of Satellite & Remote Sensing related products and services, with exceptional communication, executive leadership and team-management abilities.
- Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning and budgeting; revenue growth through direct sales, marketing and global business development; executive collaboration with the CEO and C-suite; market expansion (market research and business plans, with a proven track record of 3+ successful cases); developing and overseeing CRM systems; stakeholder management; and monitoring commercial KPIs while enforcing company policies and ethical standards.
General Instructions
- Compliance with the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting; where large numbers of applicants qualify, only the most suitable candidates with higher grades in the respective degree/relevant experience will be shortlisted for interview.
- A market-based salary as recommended by the Selection Board will be offered.
- Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
