About Cantt Public Education System (CPES)
The Cantt Public Education System (CPES) is a network of schools operating under the Military Lands and Cantonments Department of the Ministry of Defence. It provides quality education to students in cantonment areas across Pakistan. The current openings are for teaching and leadership staff at its Karachi Cantt campus, offered on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria for Cantt Public Education System (Karachi) Jobs 2026
1. Principal (SSC Level) — Female
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education); MS/M.Phil preferable; B.Ed mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years; experience as Principal/VP at SSC level preferable.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
2. Senior Wing Teachers (Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology, Math, Urdu)
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education) in the relevant subject; MS/M.Phil (18 years education) preferable; B.Ed/M.Ed preferably; IT skills (MS Office, PPT, Excel) mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputed school & college; experience as Principal/VP at SSC level preferable.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
3. Junior Wing Teachers (English, History/Geography, Math, Urdu, Science, Computer Science)
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education); BA/BSc (candidates may apply for backward areas); B.Ed mandatory (preferable for backward areas); IT skills (MS Office, PPT, Excel) mandatory.
- Experience: 3 years in a reputed institution.
- Age Limit: 25 to 55 years.
4. Teacher (Nazara)
- Qualification: BA (14 years education) in the relevant subject, or Shahadat Ul Aalmiya Fil Uloomal Arabia Wal Islamiya (16 years Sanad) from an HEC-affiliated Wafaq Ul Madarris.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (mandatory).
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
5. Montessori Teacher / Directress
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education); BA/BSc (candidates may apply for backward areas); a one-year Montessori Diploma (mandatory) from a recognized institution; IT skills (MS Office, PPT, Excel) mandatory.
- Experience: 2 years of Montessori-level teaching.
- Age Limit: 25 to 50 years.
6. Teacher (Home Teacher)
- Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years education); BA/BSc (candidates may apply for backward areas); B.Ed mandatory (preferable for backward areas); IT skills (MS Office, PPT, Excel) mandatory.
- Experience: 3 years in a reputed institution.
- Age Limit: 25 to 55 years.
General Instructions
- Incomplete applications, or those submitted without following the proper procedure or after the deadline, will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview.
- Applicants must submit attested copies of CNIC and HEC-verified degrees at the time of interview.
- The posts are non-transferable, and the recruitment is on a contract basis.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
