Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Health & Population Department Jobs (August) 2026
- Domicile: Applicants must be residents of Punjab Province.
- Qualification & Experience: Each post carries its own prescribed qualification, age limit and experience requirement as set out in the official advertisement — clerical roles (such as Junior Computer Operator) require the relevant academic qualification and computer skills, while skilled and support roles (Electrician, Driver, Cook, and others) require the relevant trade skill or experience. General Instructions
- Appointments are purely on a temporary daily-wages basis (89 days), extendable based on performance and requirement, and do not confer any right to permanent employment or regularization.
- Monthly wages will be paid at the rates fixed by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab.
- The department reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel any position at any time without prior notice.
- All recruitment will be conducted strictly in accordance with Government policies and guidelines.
- Candidates must bring their original CNIC, domicile and educational certificates at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in the interview.
- Interviews will be held on 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at the department office; no separate call letters or notifications will be issued.
