Eligibility Criteria for TESCO Jobs (August) 2026
1. Dy. Director (Corporate Account) — BPS-18
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, or M.Com / MBA (Finance), CFA, CIMA with 2 years’ experience, OR CA (Inter), ICMA (Inter), ACCA member, or BBA (Finance) 4-year course with 5 years’ experience in BPS-17 from a Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous body.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
2. Dy. Director (Finance) MIRAD — BPS-18
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, or M.Com / MBA (Finance), CFA, CIMA with 2 years’ experience, OR CA (Inter), ICMA (Inter), ACCA member, or BBA (Finance) 4-year course with 5 years’ experience in BPS-17 from a Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous body.
- The candidate should possess an understanding of CTBCM, regulatory affairs, bilateral contracts and the bidding process; knowledge of the electricity market will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
3. Dy. Director (Legal) — BPS-18
- Minimum LLB (LLM / Bar-at-Law will be given preference).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law, regulatory or commercial affairs, out of which regulatory and Power Sector experience will be preferred.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
