About Pakistan Armed Services Board (PASB)
The Pakistan Armed Services Board (PASB), under the Ministry of Defence, is responsible for the welfare and rehabilitation of retired armed forces personnel and their families through its network of District Armed Services Boards (DASB) across Pakistan. Eligibility Criteria for PASB Jobs (August) 2026
Director (BS-19) — PASB Sectt Rawalpindi
- Retired Colonel / Lt Colonel or equivalent of Navy / Air Force.
- Employment on Contract basis only.
- Maximum Age: 55 years.
Deputy Director (BS-18) — DASB Peshawar, Mardan, Sahiwal, Okara
- Retired Lt Colonel / Major or equivalent of Navy / Air Force.
- Employment on Contract / Regular basis.
- Maximum Age: 52 years.
Assistant Director (BS-17) — DASB Chitral, Tank, Bannu, Khuzdar, Badin, Gilgit, Larkana, Rahim Yar Khan, Vehari
- Retired Lt Colonel / Major or equivalent of Navy / Air Force.
- Employment on Contract / Regular basis.
- Maximum Age: 50 years.

- Personal No, Rank & Name; Parent Unit / Corps / Branch.
- Date of Birth; Date of Commission.
- Date of SOD / SOS; Cause of Retirement.
- Medical Category (with details, if any); Civil Qualification (highest degree).
- Military Qualifications; Awards / Certificates (if any).
- Experience / Service Profile (in detail); Employment details after retirement.
- Present Employment (if any); Domicile District.
- Last 5 years’ OERs (if known); Postal Address.
- Contact Number.
How to Apply
- Download the prescribed application form from the official website www.pasb.mod.gov.pk.
- Fill in the form and attach 3 latest photographs, a copy of your CNIC, photocopies of your highest civil/military qualification certificates, a copy of your retirement order and a detailed CV.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post / station.
- Send your application on or before 24 August 2026 at the address given below.
Application Deadline
Applications, along with all required documents, must reach the PASB Secretariat till 24 August 2026. Maximum age will be calculated from the closing date, and incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. War-wounded retired armed forces officers will be given preference.
