- The initial contract is for six months and may be extended based on project requirements and satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Mineral Development Corporation Jobs (July) 2026
PHS Coordinator
- Education: 16 years of education (minimum 2nd Division) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management Sciences, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Project Management, Fine Arts, Art & Design, Craft Development, Product Design, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in project management, cultural project execution, product development, marketing, exports, or related fields. Experience in salt/mineral craft products will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 Years.
Finance Officer
- Education: 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, audit, or the public/private sector. ERP experience will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
Marketing & Business Development Officer
- Education: 16 years of education in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, business development, digital marketing, or sales. Experience in e-commerce, exports, or mineral products will be an advantage.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
Research Development & Quality Assurance Associate
- Education: 16 years of education in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, laboratory testing, product development, or research.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
Supply Chain Associate
- Education: Intermediate (12 Years of Education) with at least Second Division.
- Experience: Fresh candidates or applicants with up to 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations may apply.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
Store Support Associate
- Education: Intermediate with at least Second Division.
- Experience: Computer literacy preferred. Fresh candidates or applicants with up to 3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management may apply.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 Years.
Sales Associate
- Education: Intermediate with at least Second Division.
- Experience: Computer literacy preferred. Fresh candidates or candidates with up to one year of experience in sales or customer service may apply.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
Outlet Manager
- Education: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail outlet or store management. Experience with branded retail outlets or franchises will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 Years.
Attendant
- Education: Middle Pass.
- Experience: Candidates must be physically fit and mentally sound.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 Years.
Security Guard
- Education: Valid Arms Licence.
- Experience: Preference will be given to retired Armed Forces personnel with experience in handling licensed weapons.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 Years.
Driver
- Education: Valid LTV/HTV Driving Licence.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified driving experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 Years.
