Eligibility Criteria for PCAA Notice No 3 Jobs (July) 2026
Education
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree with minimum 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university in Aviation Management, Security, Strategic Studies, Law, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 25 years of experience in orchestrating security cum protective frameworks.
- At least 10 years of management or leadership experience in similar or associated roles in the Civil or Military Aviation domain.
- Experience in multinational organizations or the United Nations in aviation, operations, security deployments, monitoring, or audits will be preferred.
- Experience in quality control and compliance matters will be considered desirable.
- Experience in handling aviation asset security in an operational environment will be preferred.
- Conversant with ICAO SARPs, especially Annex-9 and Annex-17 and related ICAO documents.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 57 years, including all age relaxations.
Salary and Contract Period
The selected candidate will receive a salary of approximately Rs. 710,070 per month, which is negotiable. The appointment will initially be made for a period of three years, which may be extended.
