Eligibility Criteria for HEC (Islamabad) Jobs 2026
To apply for these jobs, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
Project Manager (PPS-8)
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years of Education) with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a public or private sector organization, including at least 3 years in managerial or supervisory positions.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is compulsory.
Office Assistant (PPS-5)
Education: Graduation (14 Years of Education) with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a reputable public or private sector organization.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
Skills: Advanced use of MS Office is mandatory.
Attendant (PPS-1)
Education: Matric.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
General Terms & Conditions
- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply.

- Written tests will be conducted at the nearest available test centers including Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.

- Five years of general age relaxation will be allowed as per Government rules.
