• Education: Intermediate.
• Typing: 40 WPM and shorthand 80 WPM.

Application Fee

• There is no fee for BPS-1 to BPS-5 categories.
• BPS-6 to BPS-15 job applicants are required to deposit fee prior to submit application online. See Fee Payment Guidelines (Fee detail: BPS 6-10 = Rs. 250, BPS 11-15 = Rs. 350). Fee Payment proof/ details will be verified/ checked before entry into test/interview center.

1. Applicants are required to submit their applications online only.
2. Online application forms are available on the official recruitment website: www.amdte-rect.gov.pk.
3. A candidate can apply for only one post.
4. Applicants should carefully read the advertisement and ensure that they fulfill all the required qualifications and conditions.
5. Only one time edit of the application will be allowed.
6. Candidates should provide personal contact details and a valid active mobile phone number.
7. Eligible candidates will be informed about the test and interview schedule through SMS or the official website.

Important Instructions

• Candidates must be registered citizens of Pakistan and hold a valid CNIC.
• Government servants must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
• Quota is available for Merit, Punjab, Sindh Urban, Sindh Rural, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir, where applicable.
• Age will be calculated from the closing date of the advertisement.
• Age relaxation will be allowed according to the applicable government rules.
• Disabled candidates and candidates from specified regions may receive age relaxation according to the rules mentioned in the advertisement.
• Written tests and interviews will be conducted at Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi.
• Test or interview centers may be shifted to another nearest location if required.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
• The General Headquarters reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Posts from BPS-1 to BPS-5 will be filled against local domicile i.e. Rawalpindi/ Islamabad districts only, whereas posts from BPS-6 to BPS-15 are open for all pakistan candidates as per provincial quota. (Murree & Kotli Sattian are not included in Rawalpindi District).
