- Must be a citizen of Pakistan
- Must meet the qualification, experience, and age limit for the applied post
- Age Limit:
- Deputy Director: Maximum 40 years
- Assistant Director & other posts: Maximum 35 years
- General age relaxation of 5 years included
Education & Experience (Post-wise)
1. Deputy Director (RO-13)
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or relevant Pharmaceutical Sciences field
- OR Master’s / M.Phil in Pharmacy with 2–4 years experience
- OR Pharm-D / B-Pharm with 6 years experience
- Preference: Basic qualification in Pharmacy
2. Assistant Director (RO-12)
- Pharm-D or B.Pharmacy
- Relevant experience preferred
3. Assistant Director (Chemist)
- Minimum 16 years education in Chemistry or relevant field
- Experience preferred
4. Assistant Director (Microbiologist)
- Minimum 16 years education in Microbiology or related field
- Experience preferred
5. Assistant Director (Biomedical Engineer)
- Minimum 16 years education in Biomedical Engineering
- Experience preferred
6. Assistant Director (Biotechnologist)
- Minimum 16 years education in Biotechnology
- Experience preferred
7. Assistant Director (Management Information Services)
- Master’s in Computer Science / Bioinformatics
- OR equivalent with 3 years experience
8. Assistant Director (Budget & Accounts)
- CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
- Experience in pricing/costing preferred
- Pharmacy background preferred
9. Assistant Director (Legal Affairs)
- LLB with Bar membership
- Preferably 3 years experience
10. Assistant Director (Admin, HR & Logistics)
- Master’s in HR / Public Administration
- 3 years experience required
