Eligibility Criteria for WASA Layyah Jobs 2026

If you want to apply for these jobs, you must meet the following conditions:

Education Requirements

Different jobs need different education:

Engineering Jobs → BSc Civil Engineering or BS GIS + registration (PEC if required)
Sub Engineer Jobs → Diploma (DAE) in Civil or Electrical
Office Jobs → Intermediate, B.Com, or Graduation
Computer Jobs → Computer diploma or experience (MS Office, AutoCAD)
Skilled Jobs → Relevant diploma or short course (like Electrician)
Driver & Labor Jobs → Basic education (Literate)

Experience

Many posts require 2 to 5 years experience
Experience in the same field will be preferred
For labor jobs, experience is helpful but not always required

Physical Fitness

Must be physically fit, especially for:

Sewerman
Driver Disposal Works
Mason

Domicile Requirement

Only candidates with Punjab domicile can apply

Age Limit

Maximum age is 45 years

Special Preference

Female candidates are preferred for Telephone Operator

Time: 11:00 AM
Place: WASA Office, Layyah (near Railway Station)
Sewerman (Serial No. 14) candidates will also have a field test on 16 April 2026.
