Job Designation:

Assistant Director OG-2 State Bank Officers Training Scheme 2017 (SBOTS).

Eligibility Criteria:

Individuals who have completed Master’s or Bachelor’s (16 years education) with minimum 60% marks in annual system or CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 are eligible to apply. All degree’s must be HEC recognized or to be presented with equivalence certificate from HEC in case of International Qualification (foreign universities/institutes) and in one of the following disciplines i-e Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information System and Technology, IT, Mathematics, Human Resource or agriculture.

Age Limit:

26 years is the maximum or upper age limit fixed for individuals while 03 years of age relaxation may be awarded to candidates belonging to FATA/Gilgit Baltistan/Blochistan/AJK while that of 05 years for State Bank and its subsidiaries, employee’s (if they meet other eligibility conditions).

Application forms at available at www.sbp.org.pk and www.ibp.org.pk on both websites, complete online registration process and printout form after submitting with deposit slip. Now send application proforma with paid copy of deposit slip (RS 750/-), attested copies of certificates (academic + experience), CNIC Copy, Domicile Copy, Equivalence certificate and 03 recent photographs to address below.

Selection Procedure

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written test and meeting other eligibility criteria will be invited for further selection process SBP reserves the right to suitably adjust minimum qualifying maiks to enhance the representation of candidates belonging to under developed areas and to observe provincial/regional quota as prescribed by the Government

Pre-Induction Training

After completion of all pre-induction formalities including medical and psychological examinations, the selected candidates shall be required to undergo “Applied Focused Theoretical Training” (residential) at National Institute of Banking and Finance. Islamabad
