Additional Director a first class bachelor degree in civil engineering. Must be registered with Pakistan engineering council. There should be no 3rd division in the entire academic career. Minimum 7 years experience in relevant field in a responsible position or equivalent to OPF grade 7 or basic pay scale 17 and above in Government sector or well reputed organization. The above experience must include at least 5 years in a post or equivalent senior positions.
