Deposit RS-500 Test fee in any Branch of HBL,UBL,ABL or MCB with deposit slip attached with the end of NTS Application Form.
Then send duly filled application Form,attested copies of CNIC,Domicile certificate, academic certificates and two passport size photographs along with original paid deposit slip (NTS copy) to below mentioned address.
